We're excited to offer a fantastic opportunity for an experienced and motivated payroll professional to join our vibrant team on a 12 month fixed term contract. Your responsibilities will include, but will not be limited to:
* End to end payroll processing;
* Processing of new starters and staff movements, including setting up new employee master files;
* Calculation of termination payments;
* Ensuring alignment with company policy and process
* Maintaining compliance with awards, EBA's and other legislative requirements
* Responding to and resolving employees' payroll queries in a timely manner;
* Provision of assistance with month end payroll reporting;
Key skills, knowledge and experience required:
* Strong experience in end to end payroll processing;
* Previous experience with a trade/FIFO workforce and timesheet administration
* Very strong organizational skills and close attention to detail;
* Ability to meet deadlines, multi-task and prioritise tasks;
* Strong systems experience. ADP, HR3 and / or Kronos experience an advantage;
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
* Strong Excel skills (V Lookup, Pivot Tables)
