Salary Field: $26.65hr + Super + Overtime Rates + Onsite Parking

Engage with customers to understand their hearing needs, explain the features and benefits of various hearing models, manage the sales process.

What You'll Be Doing
* Delivering a world-class customer experience by proactively engaging with customers, understanding their needs, and matching them with the right products and solutions.
* Demonstrating and explaining the features and benefits of our premium audio products to help customers make informed purchasing decisions.
* Processing sales transactions accurately and efficiently, ensuring a smooth and seamless checkout process.
* Maintaining a tidy and visually appealing store environment, ensuring all products are well-stocked and displayed to the highest standards.
* Actively contributing to store sales targets and KPIs through your excellent selling skills and product knowledge.
What We're Looking For
* Previous experience in a customer-facing retail or sales role, preferably in the consumer electronics or audio equipment industry.
* Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport and connect with customers from all backgrounds.
* A genuine passion for technology and audio equipment, with the ability to discuss product features and benefits in an engaging and informative manner.
