Senior Document Controller/ Project Commissioning & Systems

Are you a highly skilled Senior Document Controller with a passion for project commissioning and systems? My client is seeking a dynamic professional to join a leading government client in the water utilities sector. The Opportunity
As the subject matter expert, you'll be instrumental in ensuring the quality and integrity of project documentation. Your responsibilities will include:
- Document Management: You'll manage document streams using systems like InEight Document, TRIM, eDRMS, BIM, and RedEye.
- Systems Expertise: You'll be the go-to expert for the InEight system, handling its integration, reporting, and troubleshooting.
- Policies & Procedures: You will develop and maintain policies to ensure compliance with internal and external regulations.
- User Support: You will provide training and support to colleagues, ensuring document management capabilities are well understood across the business.
Your Expertise
My client is looking for someone who can hit the ground running with a blend of technical and project-focused skills.
- Experience: Experience developing and delivering document control systems on complex infrastructure projects.
- Technical Proficiency: You are an advanced user of eDRMS systems, particularly InEight Document and Aconex.
- Project Commissioning & QA: You have extensive experience in managing project commissioning and a strong knowledge of risk management and quality assurance.
- Regulatory Knowledge: You're familiar with the Public Records Act 2002.
