About the Role
The Recruitment Assistant plays a vital role in our organization, ensuring a seamless and positive experience throughout the recruitment process. This position is responsible for managing the recruitment journey, from initial enquiries to onboarding, as well as supporting farm teams by maintaining accurate records.
Key aspects of this role include engaging with employees, providing ongoing support during their first weeks on the job, and handling sensitive employee data with care and precision.
Key Accountabilities and Responsibilities
* Engage with Employees: Provide timely support to new employees, addressing any concerns that may arise.
* Database and Records Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records, including visa details, work rights, crew transfers, and exits from the business.

* Have excellent attention to detail: Handle sensitive information with care and precision.
* Be adaptable and reliable: Willing to work flexible hours on a rotating roster, including early starts and increased hours during peak periods.

Essential skills include proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel, with the ability to quickly learn and use other recruitment platforms.
