Job Summary
We are seeking a driven and motivated Branch Manager to join our team, based out of our Townsville Branch.
Key Responsibilities
Oversee day to day branch activities across sales, operations, administration & leadership
Develop customer relationships & increase sales & branch profitability
Management of branch employees – Parts Interpreters, Stores & Delivery Staff
Take responsibility for OH & S compliance and ensure safety education is current.
Administrative functions, processing invoices/credits and warranties
Your Skills and Experience
An ability to work in a driven and diverse team environment
People leadership experience with the ability to engage with, and motivate team members to achieve branch targets and KPI's
Customer focused with strong time management abilities & attention to detail
Excellent communication with the ability to engage with customers
Ideally experience in the automotive parts sector (or related sectors)
OH & S experience, with sound administrative skills and solid computer literacy
