About The Role
This is a newly created role focused on how accessibility support is delivered across the organisation. As the Accessibility Practice Lead, you will design and embed a contemporary, student‐centred in‐class support model, ensuring it is consistent, scalable and aligned to best practice.
You will lead the day‐to‐day coordination, rostering and deployment of support staff, while uplifting workforce capability through mentoring, practice frameworks and continuous improvement. Working closely with educators and Access and Equity teams, you will ensure support delivery aligns to Learning Access Plans‐ translating strategy into practice across classrooms.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys building systems, leading teams and improving service delivery at scale, rather than holding a direct student caseload.
Key Responsibilities
* Lead and embed a best‐practice model of inclusive, in‐class support aligned to UDL principles.
* Manage, coach and develop a workforce of accessibility support practitioners.
