Lifestyle Raceview Health Club is launching a brand new Reformer Pilates studio, and we're looking for an experienced Reformer Pilates Instructor/s.
This is a unique opportunity to be part of something from the very beginning and help introduce Reformer Pilates to many members who are new to the practice.
About the Role
As one of our founding instructors, you'll play an important role in:
* Delivering safe, engaging, and welcoming Reformer Pilates classes
* Collaborate with the team to develop new class offerings and programming
* Creating a positive first experience for members new to Pilates
* Educating members on technique, benefits, and progression
* Building confidence, consistency, and long-term member engagement
* Contributing ideas to help grow and shape the new studio offering
* Assist with the maintenance and upkeep of Pilates equipment
About You
* Happy, friendly, reliable and approachable
* Passionate about Reformer Pilates and member results
* Confident working with beginners and mixed ability groups
* Strong interpersonal and communication skills to engage with clients
* Experienced in teaching Reformer Pilates (not a graduate role)
* Professional, reliable, and a team player
* Excited by the opportunity to help grow a new studio
Minimum Requirements
* Reformer Pilates Certification (essential)
* Previous Reformer Pilates teaching experience and experience with and pre/post-natal clients
* Australian Permanent Residency and Australian work rights
* Current First Aid & CPR (or willingness to obtain)
* Must have own ABN, public liability insurances.
