About the Organisation
This organisation is part of a larger, rapidly expanding health and community services group operating across aged care, NDIS, allied health, renovation services, and workforce solutions. Since being established over 10 years ago, the group has scaled quickly to more than 500 staff nationally, supported by significant offshore finance and operations teams
They operate multiple brands and entities within a heavily regulated environment where compliance, audits, and quality reporting are non-negotiable. The culture is family-run and values-driven, with hands-on executive leadership that expects transparency, accountability, and consistent progress. The long-term ambition is to build sizeable health hubs, similar to leading pharmacy, optical, and allied health networks—an ambition underpinned by rapid growth across every part of the organisation. The finance function now needs to modernise, strengthen, and catch up to the pace of expansion.
This foundational context aligns with the organisation's strong emphasis on values, compliance, continuous improvement, and service quality.
