We are seeking a Digital Media Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our operations, you will be responsible for managing day-to-day activities, campaign management, and optimization across digital channels.
Your responsibilities will include:
* Setting up and optimizing campaigns across all platforms.
* Collaborating with clients on campaign briefs and developing channel strategies.
* Overseeing the execution of campaigns, analyzing data, and identifying areas for improvement.
* Leading a team of high-performing professionals, mentoring them, and helping them grow.
* Providing in-depth insights and recommendations on campaign performance and strategy.
Required Skills and Qualifications
To succeed in this role, you will need:
* 2-3 years of experience in a similar position, preferably in digital activation or biddable media.
* Proficiency in tools such as DV360, Google Ads, and Meta.
* A deep understanding of the competitive advantages of media owners and technology vendors.
* Experience managing a small team and mentoring junior members of staff.
* The ability to deliver analysis and insights in a fast-paced environment.
