The Position
1. Plan, supervise, and monitor the culinary operations across multiple kitchens; residential-catering, functions, events and retail
2. Maintain an overall knowledge and passion for nutrition and healthy eating
3. Actively maintain a high standard of food safety, allergen awareness, and OHS
4. Lead and inspire and manage a brigade of high performing culinary talents
5. Engage with the client on functions, events and the general direction of the food offer that reflect the vision of our client
6. Maintain the highest standards of food quality and presentation
7. Ensure contract compliance is met through an understanding of the scope of work required
The Person
8. A qualified Executive Chef with the experience necessary to run different types of services from large scale functions, volume catering and retail
9. Be a passionate foodie and have an understanding of good nutrition and allergy awareness
10. Able to work Monday to Friday with the occasional weekend function or event
11. Will be strong commercially with an eye for detail, quality, and presentation standards
12. Is self-motivated and an excellent communicator with great attention to detail with an excellent ability to multi-task and prioritise
13. A high level of commercial acumen & Proficiency in applications of Microsoft 365
