Role DescriptionThis part-time Accounts and Administration role is a hybrid position, based in Caloundra. The role involves managing financial records, processing invoices, and assisting with financial reporting. The selected candidate will also oversee administrative functions, coordinate office activities, and support key organizational tasks. Regular communication with stakeholders and contribution to the smooth operation of business activities are integral to the role.
QualificationsProficiency in financial management, including maintaining accounts, processing invoices, and assisting with financial reportingStrong administrative skills, such as coordinating office activities, scheduling, and document managementExcellent organizational and time-management skillsCompetence in using financial software and office applicationsStrong technical understanding and ability to find suitable digital efficiencies Effective written and verbal communication abilitiesFamiliarity with business operations and stakeholder engagement, or willing to be supported in this areaAttention to detail and an ability to multitaskPrior experience in administrative or accounting roles is required, or a graduate that is studying in a suitable commerce, bookeeping or accounting field
