Improve Public Sector Services with User-Centered Design
We are seeking a talented UX/CX/Service Designer to join our team and contribute to making a positive impact on public sector services through design.
This is an exciting opportunity to work on strategically focussed projects that aim to have positive benefits for the community and public sector services. You will have the chance to collaborate with experienced professionals and apply your skills in human-centered design, design thinking, systems thinking, and agile methodologies.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
* Extensive experience in human-centered design, including service blueprints, system maps, customer journeys, and product or service delivery
* Ability to carry out design research using quantitative and qualitative techniques to understand consumer expectations and needs
* Persuasive communication skills to illustrate findings and focus on message delivery
* Anticipation and response to risks, as well as encouraging stakeholders to work together during workshop facilitation
* Digital transformation and omnichannel strategies expertise
* Customer research, problem solving, journey mapping, ideation, prototyping, and testing solutions expertise
* End-to-end customer experience strategy development and execution expertise
* Understanding of accessibility requirements, including WCAG guidelines and public sector design guidelines
* Current ASGVA Baseline clearance or ability to obtain one, Australian citizenship required
