Casual Retail Assistant in Thredbo Resort
We're on the lookout for an enthusiastic and customer-focusedCasual Retail Sales Assistantto join our team across theEscape 2 BoutiqueandRossignol Demo Shopin Thredbo Village. If you're energetic, adaptable, and thrive in a fast-paced retail environment, we'd love to hear from you.
You'll bring a strong operational mindset and a passion for delivering outstanding customer service—ensuring every visitor enjoys a seamless and memorable shopping experience.
* Job Type: Casual
* Pay: $33.31 – $46.64 per hour
* Expected hours: 20 – 30 per week

Responsibilities Include:
* Deliver a standout customer experience through genuine, engaging, and personalised interactions.
* Assist customers with product selections, including sizing guidance and suitable options to meet their needs.
* Drive sales performance by actively working towards and achieving weekly sales targets.
* Contribute to the smooth day-to-day running of the store, including visual merchandising, stock management, and back-of-house operations.
* Ensure every customer enjoys a memorable and high-quality shopping experience, reflecting our commitment to exceptional service.
Skills and Experience
* Previous experience in retail, sales, or customer service
* A genuine passion for and understanding of our brands and what they represent
* A collaborative mindset and the ability to work effectively as part of a team
* Confidence in making independent decisions when needed, using sound judgment
* Presentable and style-aware, with an eye for fashion trends and awareness of the competitive landscape
* Adaptable and solutions-focused, able to respond positively and creatively to evolving business needs
