The Receptionist plays a pivotal role in the operational success of our hospital, ensuring seamless access to services for patients, visitors, and staff.

Key Responsibilities include operating the switchboard to answer internal and external calls, assisting patients, visitors, and staff within the hospital, completing administrative duties, demonstrating exceptional customer service skills, prioritizing tasks efficiently, managing pressure effectively, and making informed decisions based on hospital needs.


Required Skills and Qualifications

* Essential Experience
* Previous experience in Sports Medicine or Orthopaedic administration roles
* Medical and Radiology terminology knowledge
* Flexibility to work varied shifts across the weekly roster
* Ability to be innovative, proactive, and creative
* A keen eye for detail and accuracy in work
