What You'll Bring
A genuine passion for making a lasting difference in the lives of young people.
A minimum Diploma in Community Services or Youth Work (or working toward one).
Experience in youth services or residential care (preferred, but not essential if you bring the right energy and commitment).
A deep respect for and understanding of Aboriginal culture, and a commitment to cultural competence.
A trauma-informed mindset, paired with compassion, patience and resilience.
Excellent communication skills and the ability to connect with and inspire young people.
