Site Manager / Site Supervisor – Fit-Out
Join a growing fit-out and refurbishment division with exciting career progression opportunities. Our client has an excellent pipeline of projects ranging from $500k to over $30m+ in sectors such as commercial, leisure, hospitality, and hotels.
This is a great opportunity to work with a leading team known for delivering complex projects for blue-chip clients. Projects include high-end hotels, offices, retail, hospitality, and leisure facilities, often involving structural trades, heavy demolition, facades, steel, and concrete work.
As a Site Manager / Site Supervisor, you will oversee the daily delivery of high-quality construction projects, ensuring they meet drawings, specifications, and deadlines.
Responsibilities include:
* Conduct onsite HSE and quality inductions
* Manage project issues and liaise with statutory bodies
* Maintain site facilities and organize inspections
* Assist with scope of work preparations
* Understand contracts and manage subcontractor timelines
* Manage defect lists before project completion
Qualifications and Requirements:
* Trade or building-related qualification
* At least 5 years of site supervision experience
* Construction Safety Induction (White) card
* Senior First Aid Certificate
* Knowledge of building legislation and standards
* Leadership skills with subcontractors
* Strong communication and drawing interpretation skills
* Experience with project management software like SureTrak
