Responsibilities
* Ensure safety and efficiency in plant operations.
* Identify opportunities for continuous improvement.
* Resolve equipment failures promptly.
* Conduct preventative maintenance routines.
Qualifications
* 2 to 3 years' experience in a similar role.
* Certificate III in Mechanical Trade – essential.
* Proficient in fabrication and welding.
* Strong communication and organisational skills.
* A passion for fostering a safety‐first culture within a dynamic environment.
* HRW Licence with WP, RI and LF – desirable but not essential.
