Responsibilities
* Manage all administrative staff with Health Roster, Stafflink, performance reviews, training and recruitment (ROB)
* Assist Head of Department with diary management, rostering and conference paperwork
* Work with the Head of Department, administrative staff and Nuclear Medicine staff
Qualifications
* Be able to job share with current Office Manager
* Must be able to work on Thursdays and Fridays only
* Familiar with TESL applications, Stafflink applications, Healthroster
* Attention to detail; be able to help Nuclear Medicine and PET admin team when short staffed
* Be able to assist Head of Department in diary management
* Experience providing executive-level administrative and secretarial support, demonstrating confidentiality and discretion
* Highly developed administrative/organisational skills with ability to multitask in a demanding customer-focused clinical service environment
* Experience with hospital finance and information management systems; experience with RIS and PBRC desirable
* Demonstrated ability to work in a multidisciplinary team; high level written and verbal communication, negotiation, interpersonal and liaison skills
* Ability to liaise with staff and health professionals at all levels; sound understanding of the demands and environment of the health system

* Temporary visa holders may be considered if no suitable citizen or permanent resident is found
