McArthur is partnering with a leading not-for-profit organisation who seek a People Services Specialist to support their HR Department. This three-month opportunity with potential to be extended is full-time, based in Camberwell with work from home except Wednesdays.
People Services Specialist drives timely and accurate employee onboarding and contract management advice and services to all their customers.
Collaborating with the Talent Acquisition team, your role will play an integral role as a point of contact for all candidates and providing them a positive onboarding experience.
Key responsibilities include:
4. Advise managers and employees on employment matters
5. Ensure compliance with employment law, industry requirements and internal processes.
6. Process changes and updates in employment conditions
7. Build collaborative relationships with stakeholders and your team.
8. Preparation of contracts and related employments documentation.
9. Provision of advice on awards, enterprise agreements, polices and employment benefits.
10. Support volume recruitment campaigns.
To be successful in this role you will demonstrate an ability to manage multiple deadlines whilst always maintaining a high level of accuracy and precision in your work. You will have experience in similar administration and data entry positions, with a background in HR and Recruitment preferred.
