Skills & Experience
* Experience with Office 365 suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) (Essential)
* Previous call centre experience including CRM or Salesforce (Desirable)
* Good work ethic
* Commitment to safety
* Self-motivated
* Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team
* High attention to detail
Duties & Responsibilities
* Answering and directing incoming phone calls
* Dealing with complaints regarding services and providing solutions
* Monitor & respond to email in shared mailboxes
* Booking scheduled services
* Dispute resolution
* Updating services with new information (PO’s, Access requirements etc)
* Data entry
