Gartner is seeking a highly skilled Account Executive to join our team and contribute to our double-digit growth. As a key member of our sales organization, you will be responsible for building face-to-face relationships with senior executives at leading IT vendor organizations and driving conference exhibitor sales.
This role involves:
* Driving quota achievement in retaining and growing Total Sales Bookings (TSB)
* Developing and executing effective account plans and territory management strategies
* Utilizing strong prospecting skills and collaboration with lead generation teams to drive pipeline growth
* Maintaining or exceeding pipeline goal of 3x value of sales forecast
* Coordinating across Gartner lines of business to drive integrated solutions and client satisfaction
* Renewing client contracts through focused on client needs and developing high-level client relationships
* Developing integrated solutions based on contract offerings and delivering high-quality presentations in the Gartner format
Requirements
* Minimum 4+ years of proven consultative sales experience
* Proven ability to understand enterprise-wide issues and knowledge of business buying centers
* Strong industry-specific and account knowledge
* Ability to travel to conferences, client meetings, and competitive conferences
