**About the role**
The **Quality and Safety Compliance Business** **Partner **provides support and guidance to Operational teams to build their knowledge and capacity to identify and manage risks, proactively identify areas of quality and safety service improvement, and ensure compliance in line with the NDIS Quality and Safeguarding Framework and related Rules.
This position is also responsible for contributing to the delivery of key strategic quality projects within the organisation; and contributes to the quality and safety review of service and environmental improvements.
**A typical day in the role may look like **
- Support Operational teams to raise quality and safety capabilities to ensure services meet regulatory, governance and community expectations
- Undertake analysis of performance data to support Operational teams in identifying areas for quality and safety improvement
- Monitor gaps in practice across the regions and providing feedback to the Workplace Health and Safety Manager and Head of Quality Safety Health and Environment to identify strategic risks and opportunities for improvement
- Develop procedures and tools to implement identified continuous improvement actions
- Keep abreast of government and legislative and regulatory obligations, particularly changes relating to the implementation of the NDIS Quality and Safeguarding Framework.
- Experience in disability or a similar sector
- 2+ years of experience in a similar role
- Excellent interpersonal, communication and problem solving skills
- National Police Clearance and/or NDIS worker screening check.
