Preferred Requirements:
* Extensive experience in theatre management, with a deep understanding of the clinical and operational aspects of surgical procedures
* Proven track record of effectively managing a team of healthcare professionals, fostering a collaborative and patient-centric environment
* Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, enabling you to liaise seamlessly with surgeons, nurses, and other stakeholders
* Proficiency in budgeting, resource allocation, and strategic planning to optimise theatre efficiency and productivity
* Commitment to continuous improvement and the implementation of best practices in theatre management
Preferred Qualifications:
* Clinical Bachelor of Nursing degree and current AHPRA registration without restrictions
* Advanced leadership and management training or qualifications
* Demonstrated experience in a similar theatre management role within the healthcare industry
