The Business Administrator position is a key role within our Structures and Architecture Team in Australia, supporting both structural and architectural projects. It offers a blend of administration responsibilities, project support and marketing tasks, and promises a stimulating, rewarding work environment.
Responsibilities
* Supporting the team with a variety of administration tasks
* Support project implementation
* Championing our systems for other team members
* Providing support to our bid leaders

* Providing great service for the team and proactively anticipating and responding to requests
* Microsoft Office skills at an intermediate level and a willingness to learn new technology and systems
* Quickly learn the role and reliably deliver responsibilities
* Positive, cheerful "can‐do" attitude, flexible to support different tasks and able to handle changing priorities
* Team player eager to learn and apply our tools to maximise processes and events
* Friendly, professional demeanor, building strong, positive working relationships
