Job Description:
We are seeking a front desk receptionist to work Thursday and Friday 12pm – 5pm. This role involves greeting visitors, coordinating bookings, communicating company announcements, and performing administrative tasks.
About the Opportunity:
This is a varied, all-round role that requires a people orientation, customer service skills, and the ability to juggle priorities whilst maintaining a positive outlook.
Key Responsibilities:
* Greet face-to-face visitors, including deliveries, interviewees, customers, and their families
* Coordinate bookings, meetings, and events
* Communicate company announcements in relation to facilities and events
* Perform administrative tasks related to parking, access, and stationery
Requirements:
* Customer Service: Recent experience in customer service or similar role
* Multitasking: Ability to juggle people, priorities, and events
* Desire to Help Others: Willingness to assist others and guide them in the right direction
