What You Will Do
This is a frontline growth role. Your mission is simple:
Bring brokers in, switch them on, and keep deals flowing
Win New Brokers (50%)
* Prospect, reach out, and get in front of new brokers
* Turn first meetings into lasting partnerships
* Position Choco Up as a fast, reliable funding partner they can count on
* Reconnect with brokers who've gone quiet
* Rebuild momentum and get them submitting again
* Turn "used to work with us" into "sending deals every month"
Keep the Engine Running (20%)
* Stay close to active brokers
* Keep communication tight and responsive
* Make sure we're always top‐of‐mind when deals come up
Be Seen in the Market
* Get out there—coffee meetings, lunches, networking
* Build real relationships, not just email threads
* Become someone brokers know, trust, and call first
What We Care About (KPIs)
* New broker sign‐ups
* Reactivated broker accounts
* Speed from onboarding → first deal
We Are Looking For People Who Possess
* 1–4 years in sales / BD / partnerships (finance experience is a plus)
* Naturally confident—comfortable starting conversations with anyone
* Fast, responsive, and reliable (you don't leave people waiting)
* Competitive mindset—you like winning and hitting targets
* Strong communicator—clear, direct, and easy to work with
Bonus if you've had exposure to lending, brokers, or SME finance.
