About The Role
Lorna Jane is an iconic Australian activewear brand with 37 years of heritage, built on a genuine belief that active living changes lives.
Our People & Capability team is evolving so we are looking for a Talent Partner to join us at our Brisbane HQ. This role exists because our recently hired Talent Partner is stepping into a Business Partner role, which tells you something about how we invest in our people.
You'll be joining a team of six, and will report into our GM of People & Capability. This is a true end-to-end role with real scope. You'll work closely with your fellow Talent Partner across an interesting mix of HQ corporate roles and a national retail portfolio that includes Store Leaders and Assistant Store Leaders.
This role goes beyond hiring, it has a genuine process improvement component across areas like salary benchmarking, EVP, and projects that give you real visibility across the business. You'll build trusted relationships with senior leaders, develop a deep understanding of what drives each team, and become the person hiring managers call before a role even opens.
What You'll Do
* Own end-to-end recruitment for Store Manager, Assistant Store Manager, Senior Retail, and HQ roles
* Build genuine partnerships with hiring managers and senior leaders not just transactional relationships
* Run structured job briefs that get to the heart of what's needed
* Contribute to talent strategy how we attract, assess, and retain the people who make this brand what it is
* Champion a candidate experience that reflects the Lorna Jane brand at every touchpoint
* Drive improvement across TA processes, EVP, employer branding, and other people projects as they arise
