Customer Service Representative Opportunity

About the Opportunity
This role is an exciting chance for someone with proven customer service skills within retail and/or warehousing environments.
Key Responsibilities
1. Building strong customer relationships and supporting the branch in day-to-day operations.
2. In-store first point of contact for retail sales and enquiries, receiving and storing incoming goods.
3. Order processing including point of sale and invoicing, picking and packing outgoing goods to customers and store transfers.
4. General merchandising and stock presentation, assisting with stock control including inventory monitoring and stocktakes.
5. Championing safety and compliance requirements, working as part of a team to achieve results.
About You
You will have experience working in a retail sales and/or warehouse environment. A car license and/or forklift license (or willingness and ability to obtain) would be advantageous.
