Business Development Manager – Container Homes Sales
We're looking for a driven and experienced Business Development Manager to help us close sales of luxury container homes valued at $100,000+. As BDM, you'll be the bridge between clients and our product/design teams, responsible not just for lead generation but guiding high-net-worth clients through buying one of our premium container homes.
Key Responsibilities:
* Identify, qualify, and nurture leads in the luxury housing market (eco-homes, tiny homes, high-end clients).
* Build relationships with architects, property developers, boutique real estate agents, landowners.
* Conduct sales presentations and site/viewing tours of display units.
* Collaborate with design, construction, and delivery teams to ensure client requirements are met.
* Maintain an active pipeline of qualified prospects.
* Attend trade shows, exhibitions, networking events to represent the brand.
* Track sales metrics; report regularly to senior leadership.

Ideal Candidate:
* Minimum of 2-3 years in a BDM or sales role, ideally in real estate, luxury home/building sales, prefabricated / modular homes, or high-ticket construction / housing.
* Strong ability to sell value (luxury, customisation, sustainability) rather than just price.
* Confident presenter, excellent communication and negotiation skills.
* High capacity to manage multiple clients and long sales cycles.
* Knowledge of or interest in sustainable / eco-friendly construction and housing trends is a plus.
* Network in Melbourne & Victoria with architects, developers, real estate professionals is a strong advantage.
