We are hiring a Group Manager to lead the design and delivery of electrical infrastructure projects, including work with Powercor and similar utilities. This role will oversee design standards, compliance, team performance, and project execution across multiple workstreams.
Key responsibilities:
* Lead and mentor design teams to deliver high-quality outcomes
* Oversee project planning, resourcing, timelines, and budgets
* Ensure compliance with safety, regulatory, and industry standards
* Manage stakeholder relationships across developers, contractors, councils, and utilities
* Identify risks, resolve issues, and drive continuous improvement
* Monitor project performance and report progress to leadership
Requirements:
* Background in Electrical Engineering (degree preferred)
* Experience working on Powercor or similar utility networks
* NER & BLA registered
* Strong knowledge of industry standards and compliance processes
* Proven leadership and stakeholder management experience
* Familiarity with CAD and design software
