We're looking for a passionate and experienced Physiotherapist who is committed to supporting older adults to live safely, independently and joyfully in their own homes across Newcastle and Lake Macquarie.

About the Role ...
What you will be doing -
* Conduct comprehensive assessments for participants with a broad range of acute and chronic conditions, delivering effective, evidence-based interventions in their home environment.
* Collaborate closely with our Care Partners to design and implement therapeutic services that support healthy ageing, independence and overall wellbeing.
* Communicate clearly and compassionately with participants, their families, colleagues and external health professionals to ensure seamless, high-quality physiotherapy services.
About You ...
To thrive in this role, you'll be passionate about supporting older adults to live independently and with confidence. You'll combine clinical expertise with a compassionate, person-centred approach, ensuring each participant receives tailored, evidence-based physiotherapy that makes a real difference in their daily life.
* Tertiary qualification in Physiotherapy with current AHPRA registration
* Strong skills in comprehensive, holistic assessments and care planning
* Ability to deliver high-quality physiotherapy services that support safe, independent living
* Confident communicator who can work collaboratively with families, carers and health professionals
* Excellent documentation skills and attention to detail
* Ability to build rapport with people from diverse backgrounds
* Strong customer service focus with effective communication and problem-solving skills
* Comfortable working autonomously in a community setting
* Well-developed organisational skills with the ability to prioritise and meet deadlines
* Willingness to work within billable targets
* Commitment to ongoing professional development in aged care physiotherapy
* Current Australian Driver's Licence and access to a reliable, insured vehicle (or use of a pool vehicle)
* Current First Aid certificate
* Current flu vaccination
