Project Details
The project involves the delivery of earthworks and services, encompassing a substantial investment in infrastructure development. The construction phase is expected to commence on-site and will span at least 2 years, with further stages to be released.
Responsibilities:
* Ensure the successful completion of approximately $60 million worth of bulk/detailed earthworks, drainage, access roads, and other services.
* Establish and maintain effective communication with the client and Superintendent.
* Lead a team of Project Engineers to guarantee adherence to program timelines, accurate costings, quality assurance records, and thorough information entry into the master program.
* Report directly to the Construction Manager.
