Customer Service Associate
We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic Customer Service Associate to join our team at EG Marrickville. As a key member of our frontline Fuel team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and creating memorable experiences for our customers.
The successful candidate will have excellent communication skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. They will also have a confident attitude and an energetic approach to every day, with a passion for delivering outstanding results.
Key Responsibilities:
* Deliver brilliant customer service to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty
* Promote products and deals to drive sales and increase revenue
* Operate point of sale systems and monitor fuel/stock deliveries
* Ensure a safe working environment at all times
* Maintain effective merchandising and stock control to present premium store displays
Requirements:
* Previous retail experience is preferred but not essential
* Excellent customer service skills and attention to detail
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with a high level of energy and enthusiasm
* Great communicator with strong problem-solving skills
