About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated individual to support our strategic industry partnerships. As a key member of our team, you will play a critical role in delivering capability and capacity that supports our technology needs.
Key Responsibilities
* Provide administrative support including scheduling meetings, coordinating events, preparing documents, tracking progress, and identifying risks.
* Assist with the preparation and review of written material, including governance reports, statements, and contracts.
* Support partner managers with the engagement of industry partners and internal teams.
* Work collaboratively by building effective relationships with team members and stakeholders.
* Coordinate correspondence and maintain communication lines with stakeholders.
* Assist with the preparation and administration of industry contract management tools, processes, forms, templates, and policies.
* Promote and implement our values and business partnering culture.
* Undertake other duties as directed.
Requirements
* Knowledge and experience in business development, partnerships, industry, or contract management.
* Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, and the ability to build and maintain positive relationships with stakeholders.
* The ability to influence, communicate, and resolve conflicts effectively with stakeholders and internal teams.
* Knowledge of procurement and/or contract management frameworks.
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
* A high degree of self-motivation with strong attention to detail and a desire to excel.
* The ability to work effectively in a team environment and autonomously.
* The ability to learn quickly, adapt to change, and work in a fast-paced environment.
