Remuneration
Total Remuneration Package valued at up to $151,704.00. Base salary ranges from $87,550.00 to $133,846.00, plus leave loading and employer\'s contribution to superannuation. Base salary rates above the minimum are available depending on experience.

Position Information
Ariah Park Central is the only school in a small, rural community 100 kilometres north-west of Wagga. The school offers K-12 education and strives to provide equity of access to opportunities. We emphasise strong relationships, a caring culture and community links. The Riverina Access Partnership delivers senior secondary curriculum via video conferencing, and the Berry Street Education Model and The Resilience Project are embedded in our practice. The school has 123 enrolments across K-12.
This is a unique opportunity to join our K-12 team to teach PDHPE in our secondary faculty and across the Riverina Access Partnership, with opportunities to teach PDHPE in the K-6 space. The successful applicant will also coordinate school sport. Teaching load may include out-of-area subjects by negotiation.

Responsibilities
* Teach PDHPE in the secondary faculty, with opportunities to teach in the K-6 space.
* Coordinate school sport.
* Contribute to whole-school programs and collaborate across K-12 settings as part of a small school team.
Qualifications and Selection Criteria
* Approval to teach PDHPE, with demonstrated ability to work collaboratively within a secondary faculty to develop and implement high-quality programs responsive to student needs.
* Strong classroom management and wellbeing practices to create an engaging, inclusive learning environment and a culture of high expectations.
* Excellent communication and organizational skills to work with students, staff, parents, and the community and contribute to whole-school learning programs.
* Knowledge of and/or ability to use technology to enhance PDHPE learning.
