Young Academics Early Learning Centre is a leading provider with over 45 centres across Current South Wales. We are seeking an experienced Centre Cook to join our
Parramatta & Woodcroft
Region.
This is a
Full-time
position, Monday to Friday, from
7:30 am to 3:30 pm
.
Responsibilities
Implement and modify seasonal menus created by our nutritionist
Maintain compliance with NSW Food Standards Code and Health Regulations
Assist staff and families in providing high-quality education and care
Collaborate with staff and families to facilitate relevant learning opportunities
Maintain respectful relationships with management, staff, families, and children
About You
Experience as a Cook/Chef in the Aged Care or Early Childhood Education and Care sector
An ACECQA-approved qualification in Early Childhood Education and Care is preferred but not mandatory
Relevant Commercial Cook qualification
Food Handlers Basics Certificate
Valid NSW Working with Children Check
Knowledge of Food Standards Codes, EYLF, and NQS
