Role Overview
The Enterprise Development Representative is a critical role within our organization, responsible for driving new business acquisition in the Enterprise Division.
* This role involves working closely with our Enterprise ANZ team to generate sales-ready meetings and opportunities by positioning the value of our product offerings.
* You will be expected to hit daily expectations of cold-calls, emails, and LinkedIn Sales Navigator Messages sent per day, as well as monthly expectations of qualified meetings generated.
In this dynamic role, you will have the opportunity to work collaboratively with colleagues across different functions, establishing connections with potential customers within the technical realm.
As an experienced sales representative, you will understand and uncover prospects' needs and business problems to effectively communicate how our solutions can solve them. You will use our tech stack and sales enablement tools according to our standards, providing metrics on leads.
This is a 12-18 month program designed to fast-track entry-level sales professionals into world-class Mid-Market Account Executives. We are seeking a hardworking and driven individual with energy and passion to succeed in this role.
Key Responsibilities:
* Drive new business acquisition in the Enterprise Division

* Establish connections with potential customers within the technical realm

Essential Qualifications:
* Minimum 1 year of B2B sales or business development experience
* Comfortable with outbound prospecting, particularly cold calling
* Track record of consistently meeting or exceeding sales targets
