We are currently seeking a dedicated Administration Officer to join our team.
The successful candidate will be working with multiple Government agencies on various administration and customer service roles.
This position requires an immediate start with minimal notice, with the option to work from home or a hybrid model once training is complete.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative support to project teams
- Assist with customer inquiries and resolve issues
- Maintain accurate records and files
- Develop and implement efficient administrative processes
Requirements:
- 35 hours per week (full-time)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- High level of organization and attention to detail
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
Preferred Qualifications:
- Previous experience in administration or customer service
- Knowledge of government policies and procedures
- Certification in administration or customer service
