POSITION: National Brand Performance Manager

YOUR ROLE AT MAZZUCCHELLI'S:
You will be the leader of retail performance in our brand, you'll be responsible for ensuring Mazzucchelli's it achieves its vision, mission, and strategic objectives. You will have a reporting line of 25 talented Mazzucchelli's Store Business Managers who are the best in the retail jewellery sales business in Australia.
* Business within a Business: You will develop and grow your own client portfolio to expand your business and personal earning potential. Focusing on creating meaningful customer connections and growing a loyal client base.
* Business Leadership: Coaching and Development of sales team and day to day running and ownership of the business
* Sales Execution: Confidently implement the Mazzucchelli's Sales Framework to drive results and deliver memorable experiences.
* Commercial Focus: Champion a results-driven culture by guiding the team toward meeting and exceeding sales targets, KPIs, and store budgets.
* Strategic Focus: Align daily store activity with broader brand and sales strategies to meet business targets.
* Culture Building: Foster a positive, inclusive, and purpose-driven team culture where individuals feel supported and valued.
ABOUT YOU:
You are commercially sharp and brand intelligent.
You understand that a premium heritage brand is built through disciplined execution, strong retail standards and confident leadership in store. You think in margin, stock turn, conversion and customer lifetime value... not just campaigns.
You are data-driven but people-focused. You can read a sales report and walk a shop floor with equal confidence. You know how to lead Regional Sales Managers, challenge Store Managers respectfully, and align cross-functional teams toward a clear commercial goal.
* Proven experience leading national retail performance or brand execution
* Strong understanding of GP, stock management, wage control and sales productivity
* The ability to translate brand strategy into store-level behaviours
* Confidence in holding standards and driving accountability
* Strong retail sales skill, you are decisive, calm and credible on a shop floor
