We are looking for motivated individuals to join our onsite team managing a workforce of up to 600 associates at our client's brand-new facility in Cranbourne. This client is a globally recognised leader in e-commerce and innovation. As an onsite representative for Chandler Macleod, you will play a key role in the smooth operation of a fast-paced warehouse environment, supporting and managing a large team.
Roster Patterns
Front End Roster: Sunday, Monday, Tuesday, alternating Wednesdays
Back End Roster: Alternating Wednesday, Thursday, Friday, Saturday
As an Onsite Consultant, you will be responsible for:
* Engaging and building relationships with candidates
* Leading proactive safety initiatives to create a safe work environment
* Managing attendance and rosters for a large workforce
* Overseeing administrative tasks and maintaining accurate database records
To succeed in this role, you will need:
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a strong customer service focus
* Experience in high-volume blue-collar recruitment or onsite workforce management
* Strong administrative and data analytical skills
* A proactive, self-motivated attitude with a drive to learn and achieveAbility to work both autonomously and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
