The Opportunity
This role sits within the corporate finance function and exists to support accurate, timely reporting across the group.
Reporting to the Financial Controller, you will take ownership of month-end processes, statutory reporting and balance sheet integrity, while working closely with internal stakeholders and external advisors.
You will operate across both corporate and property-related accounting, with visibility across how assets perform and how decisions are made at group level.
Financial Reporting & Month-End
* Deliver accurate monthly financial reports with clear variance insights
* Maintain balance sheet integrity through detailed reconciliations
* Prepare supporting workpapers aligned to audit and compliance standards
* Contribute to group-level reporting and consolidation inputs
Statutory & Compliance
* Coordinate year-end reporting and manage audit processes
* Prepare statutory financial statements across entities
* Complete ABS reporting and ensure regulatory compliance
* Support tax requirements across corporate structures
Corporate Accounting Operations
* Oversee accounts payable, receivable and payment runs
* Maintain fixed asset and investment property registers
* Manage depreciation schedules and capital tracking
* Assist with cashflow forecasting and liquidity visibility
Stakeholder & Business Support
* Liaise with CFO, Financial Controller and broader finance team
* Work with external advisors including auditors and consultants
* Support ad hoc analysis and group-level financial projects
* Contribute to a collaborative, high-performing team environment
About You
* CA or CPA qualified
* Experience in a commercial accounting environment
* Strong technical accounting capability across reporting and compliance
* Confident managing deadlines without heavy supervision
* Advanced Excel skills and attention to detail
* Property exposure or interest in the sector highly regarded
* You are structured, reliable and take ownership of your work. You're comfortable operating in a team where expectations are clear and output matters.
