Business Development Manager,Finance & Lending Industry
Are you a driven sales professional with a passion for building relationships and generating new business? We are seeking Business Development Managers (BDMs) to join a rapidly growing finance and lending organisation. This is an exciting opportunity to work remotely while playing a key role in expanding the company's footprint across Sydney, Canberra, and Brisbane .
About the Role As a BDM, you will :
* Identify and engage potential clients, including developers and real estate connections.
* Generate leads through proactive outreach and cold calling.
* Build strong relationships to drive business growth.
* Collaborate closely with the Managing Director and internal teams to convert opportunities into revenue.
What We're Looking For
* Proven experience in sales or business development (finance, lending, or mortgage broking experience highly regarded).
* Exceptional communication and negotiation skills.
* A self-motivated, hunter mindset with the ability to thrive in a competitive environment.
* Comfortable working remotely and managing your own pipeline.
