Your responsibilities will incorporate: 
Proactively respond to a range of enquiries from patients, carers, and customers 
Manage appointment bookings and requests 
Communication of private and sensitive information to stakeholders, ensuring accuracy in transferring information. 
Accurate record keeping with a focus on quality and accuracy of data 
Experience in a customer service and/or call centre environment 
Experience in the medical environment highly advantageous 
Professional written and verbal communication skills 
High-level problem-solving skills with detail focus 
Exceptional interpersonal skills with the ability to build robust working relationships.
