**Your responsibilities will incorporate**:
- Proactively respond to a range of enquiries from patients, carers, and customers
- Manage appointment bookings and requests
- Communication of private and sensitive information to stakeholders, ensuring accuracy in transferring information.
- Accurate record keeping with a focus on quality and accuracy of data
- Experience in a customer service and/or call centre environment
- Experience in the medical environment highly advantageous
- Professional written and verbal communication skills
- High-level problem-solving skills with detail focus
- Exceptional interpersonal skills with the ability to build strong working relationships.
