Join our well known Canberra based client as a Change Manager, providing high-level qualified support and advice on business and technology change management and communications. You will play a crucial role in ensuring that processes and systems align with impending changes, making a significant impact on the success of projects and activities. This role is offering multi-year Fixed Term contract with Hybrid working from home flexibilty.
As the Change Manager, you will:
- Designing and implementing best practice business change management and communications strategies.
- Leading the change management aspects of project delivery to ensure comprehensive change management approaches.
- Engaging with stakeholders to understand and manage the impact of change on business operations.
- Providing implementation advice and support to project team members and business stakeholders.
- Deliver training and develop materials for end users impacted by change.
- Relevant postgraduate qualifications or equivalent experience in change management i.e PROSCI.
- Demonstrated experience providing strategic advice on complex change matters.
- Proven project and change management experience, including planning and implementing projects.
- High-level analytical and decision-making skills, with the ability to analyse complex data.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to lead and influence stakeholders effectively.
