We're looking for a motivated, customer-focused team member to join our close-knit team.In this role you will:Assisting our customers with warranty and service enquiriesCoordinating product repairs and liaising with suppliersKeeping customers updated and making sure all issues are resolved quickly and smoothlySupporting the proprietor with tasks such as paperwork, phone messages, and basic adminStaying organised, flexible, and ready to tackle whatever the day throws at you!
