Residential Drafting Expert Wanted
We are seeking an experienced professional to prepare accurate and compliant documentation for single-storey residential projects.
* A minimum of 5 years of residential drafting experience is required.
* A strong understanding of the National Construction Code (NCC) and Residential Design Codes is essential.
* A Certificate IV in Residential Drafting qualification is a must.
* Experience with Archicad and Estimating and Take-offs is advantageous.
Candidates based in Melbourne are preferred.
