Senior Maintenance Electrician
to lead a small team on a
permanent day shift

About the Role: As the
Senior Maintenance Electrician
, you will oversee day-to-day electrical maintenance, ensuring all systems and machinery operate efficiently and safely. You will be responsible for supervising a team of two electricians, coordinating maintenance tasks, and playing an active role in troubleshooting and repairs.
* Permanent Day Shift
* Monday to Friday
* Overtime available as required
* $58 per hour + superannuation + overtime
Key Responsibilities:
* As the Senior Maintenance Electrician you will supervise and support a team of two electricians
* The Senior Maintenance Electrician will perform and oversee routine maintenance, repairs, and installations
* This Senior Maintenance Electrician will diagnose and resolve electrical faults to minimise production downtime
* The Senior Maintenance Electrician will ensure compliance with WHS regulations and electrical standards
* The Senior Maintenance Electrician will liaise with production and maintenance teams to prioritise tasks
* As the Senior Maintenance Electrician you will keep accurate records of work performed and equipment status
* Assist in planning and execution of electrical projects and improvements
Requirements:
* Current and valid Electrical License (NSW)
* Demonstrated experience in a manufacturing or industrial setting
* Previous leadership or supervisory experience preferred
* Strong fault-finding and troubleshooting skills
* Excellent communication and organisational abilities
* Commitment to safety and quality work standards
