As a key member of our high-performing Service Team, you will play a vital role in maintaining complex building automation systems and associated equipment.
About the Opportunity
This position is responsible for servicing and maintaining existing sites, ensuring seamless operations and optimal performance.
* Key Responsibilities:
o Installation and commissioning of equipment to meet client requirements
o Timely analysis and rectification of technical issues to minimize downtime
o Service and maintenance of installed equipment on existing sites to ensure continuous operation
* What We Are Looking For:
o Proven experience with Building Performance and Energy Efficiency Solutions and building mechanical services
o Strong skills in IT, network communication, and PC hardware configuration
o Previous BMS/DDC software engineering skills are highly desirable
o At least 5 years of experience in building controls post-apprenticeship
o Operational experience in commercial HVAC is essential
o Excellent communication and customer service skills
o Strong understanding of chiller/boiler and airside plant performance and design requirements
o Passion for frontline safety identification and resolution
o A valid electrical license or restricted electrical license is required
