The role:
As a Stylist with City Beach, you will follow briefs and use your creative skills to produce visually appealing looks and outfits to be photographed for use on the City Beach website. This role will support our studio team in the set-up and execution of studio photography that sells product effectively and achieves our visual standards and style briefs.
This is a 12-month maternity leave contract commencing January 2026. It is open to being a full-time OR 4 days per week roster that works in with your schedule.
What you'll be doing:
* Liaise with models and agencies to coordinate photoshoots.
* Monitor all visual elements during shoots, ensuring that garments are sitting correctly, and adjust lighting and model position.
* Ensure product and merchandise is kept organised at all times and that models are dressed in a timely and efficient manner.
* Create inspiring looks and style racks for photoshoots based on brand direction and trends to showcase seasonal focuses and buying strategies.
* Work with Buyers to rectify any studio re-shoots.
* Collaborate with hair and make-up stylists to deliver on briefs.
* Work closely with the Studio team to ensure all products are styled and merchandised to maximise visual appeal and to best reflect our customers.
* Collaborate with the studio team during the shoot to manage time and pace on set.
* Assist the studio team with making photo selections and QA'ing final imagery.
* Style on ad-hoc campaign shoots as required.
What you'll need:
* 1+ years experience in a fashion styling, preferably with online experience.
* 1+ years experience in location photoshoots.
* Strong knowledge of current trends and have a creative eye.
* Strong attention to detail and exceptional time management skills.
