Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Operations Coordinator to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for coordinating daily operations of field technicians. You will develop and maintain schedules to ensure operational efficiency, match jobs with technician skills, locations, and client requirements.
You will be the first point of contact for scheduling enquiries from clients and technicians, confirm bookings, obtain and communicate access requirements, and issue updates in a timely manner.
You will also support technicians with schedule queries and job preparation requirements, prepare accurate job cards with site-specific details, maintain accurate administrative records, and contribute to maintaining high standards of safety, quality, and environmental compliance.
